The location was convenient. It was a short walk to the beach. the room was very clean. It had a new feel. a balcony was a bonus. I enjoyed the extra space it added.

the pool area was clean. i found many sunbeds always available. breakfast had a large selection of foods. the staff were friendly and helpful.

the safe had a daily charge of 4 euros. i wanted ice cubes and they wanted to charge me 1 euro for 2 cubes! the luggage room was not secure.

The staff was fabulous across all departments, from reception to the bar and restaurant. food had much variety , and the rooms were plenty big enough. my bathroom was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. nicole, the cleaner, was very happy and professional. She left my room super clean after her daily visits.

the tea and coffee weren't replenished unless i paid an extra fee , which i found a little unusual.

the restaurant provided a wide array of options at breakfast , lunch, and dinner. i especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights , with cuisine from around the world and were always fresh and delicious. the service was attentive and efficient.

i found the room very spacious. it had a large tv that offered many english channels. there was also fast wifi available. the fridge was a good size and very useful. i appreciated the kettle and mugs provided. the balcony was a nice size and offered decent views.

the pool amacas are usually reserved with towels early in the morning.

the hotel location is very convenient, near to a cheap supermarket, restaurants, bars. i found the location quite quiet. the market is also nearby, as well as the levante beach front, about a 20 minute walk.

the beds were comfortable with air conditioning. the shower worked well. the room cleaning service was good and cleaned the room every day. it included tidying and replenishing of bathroom items, which i always appreciate.

the evening entertainment felt a bit repetitive. it was mostly geared toward one nationality (i guess, british) with very little variety. i also found it odd that drinks weren't included with dinner, even water (i think you have to pay extra for a bottle).
